Jennifer Johnson
Jennifer Johnson, RN, BSN, MBA, CHHC, CHHPO, is the owner. She received her BSN from The University of Pittsburgh and earned her MBA from Eastern University. She earned certifications as a home health and hospice consultant through Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and as a professional home health operator through CHAP.
During her tenure as a Quality Director, Jennifer led her team to be awarded as a “Top 25%, Top 100, and Top 500 Agency by HomeCare Elite” among approximately 16,000 home health providers in the nation. This groundbreaking award named Medicare-certified agencies whose performance measure in quality outcomes, quality improvement, and financial performance was top in the nation. As a home health consultant, she applies the same diligence to help home health agencies improve in regulatory compliance in documentation, QAPI, staffing, appeals to reverse claims for payment, and quality outcomes in patient care.
Jennifer brings 35 years of nursing experience, including 15 years at the bedside in hospitals, rehabs and clinics and 20 years in home health care. She also has 10 years as a legal nurse consultant. During the past 20 years in the home
health industry, she has served in various roles, including Quality Director, Director of Nursing, Assistant Administrator, Administrator and Home Health Consultant.
