Jennifer Johnson, RN, BSN, MBA, CHHC, CHHPO, brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience, including leadership roles in home health, quality management, nursing administration, and consulting. As a former Quality Director, she helped lead agencies to achieve Top 25%, Top 100, and Top 500 HomeCare Elite recognition nationwide. Today, she applies that same expertise to help healthcare organizations strengthen compliance, improve documentation, enhance quality outcomes, and prepare for regulatory success.
