Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Johnson, RN, BSN, MBA, CHHC, CHHPO, founded Health Allies in Compliance in Houston, Texas, after decades of seeing how strong compliance and quality programs transform home health and hospice agencies. She brings 35 years of nursing experience, including 20 years in home health, leadership roles such as Quality Director and Administrator, and a decade as a legal nurse consultant.

Under her leadership, agencies have earned Top 25 percent, Top 100, and Top 500 HomeCare Elite recognition. Today, she uses that experience to give clients clear answers, practical guidance, and a calm, supportive path toward lasting improvement.
